• Evaluation of feedstock bids, including material cost and source points, method of transportation and transportation costs with summary report for submission to customer for final contract approval.
• Provide market intelligence through collection and evaluation of all market related data from bid letting period through contract period.
• Determine alternate supply scenarios from bids to insure maximum coverage at minimum cost.
• Determine best ratio of rail to truck for those facilities where applicable. Manage supply ratio to "best economics" with existing markets at time of shipment.
