Start
Up and Supply Coordination
- On site
startup support.
- 24/7
notification system for plants to contact IRG regarding supply, maintenance
and/or other service issues.
- On-site
key person program.
- Assistance
in development of remote inventory monitoring with backup system.
- Coordinate
any carrier (truck) issues, including site unloading training, safety
requirements, driver documentation and screening.
- Coordination
with suppliers and equipment contractors to insure rail-unloading stations
are compatible with supplier(s) ammonia rail fleet.
- Track
rail delivered product from source to determine necessary lead times
and establish order lead times for timely delivery on site.
- Handle
any rail car fleet issues with the shipper.

- Daily
coordination of feedstock shipments and inventory with weekly summaries
to management.
- Up to
4 hours monthly on-site support for each facility to keep management
and plant personnel updated and the resolution of any issues that may
develop.
- Emergency
feedstock acquisition for late shipments and/or needs above contract
level, as well as sale of excess feedstock resulting from unplanned
production outages or changes during contract period.
